Will Heaton is one of the Founding Partners of Intrust Funding, LLC.  Mr. Heaton delivers an extensive background of real estate expertise and has an all-encompassing knowledge base of real estate development and rehabilitation through the hundreds of transactions he has been involved with over the past 8 years.  Prior to Intrust Funding, LLC, Mr. Heaton directed the pre-foreclosure department at Vestus Foreclosure Group, LLC in Kirkland.  He and his partner James Dainard currently own and manage their own personal real estate portfolio and have adopted a successful method of investing in real estate in a down market by using expert market analysis to eliminate risk.  James Dainard and Will Heaton are recognized as the founders of one of the Fastest Growing Companies in the Eastside in 2012.  Mr. Heaton attended Central Washington University and resides in Redmond, Washington.  Will and his wife Niveen are the proud parents of a young daughter, Amira.  He has a passion for classic cars and fishing.

James Dainard is one of the Founding Partners of Intrust Funding, LLC. He has been buying and selling real estate in King, Snohomish and Pierce County for the past seven years. Mr. Dainard, Licensed Real Estate Broker, grew up with a real estate background, as his parents actively invested in real estate in the Eastside area throughout the 1990′s. For over ten years, he worked for his family owned and operated company that specialized in real estate marketing for realtors and real estate brokers.  Mr. Dainard graduated from University of Washington Business School with a focus in Finance and Marketing. He was a top producer for the foreclosure company Vestus in Kirkland, WA while being employed from 2005 to 2008.  James has built a reputation in Washington for providing investors with multiple exit strategies and supplying them with easy and fast lending sources.  James Dainard and Will Heaton are recognized as the founders of one of the Fastest Growing Companies in the Eastside in 2012. He enjoys staying fit, spoiling his dogs, and traveling.  He and his wife Clair are the proud parents of a baby son.
